Airbnb requirements for Kenyan women interested in an online business with quick money returns.
You will need to check these ones out:
- Need a house, hahaha.
- Good photos, taken in well lit areas, capture all the amazing moments in your area. Describe with your photos, show guests your bed too.
- Describe your house, what your offer and how. I mean, everyone has a unique thing they offer in their home, e.g a craft you make to sell. This is for experiences as well, want to know more about airbnb experiences?
4. Target customers. Who is coming to your house and how much are they willing to pay? You’ll know this by snooping or being a detective on other airbnbs in your area. You have to be a good researcher and analyst.
5. Amenities, what toiletries will you offer? If you want to know more about toiletries, travel between middle and high-end hotels to get a feel. Even the customer service in the high-end hotels doesn’t compare, you’re taken very seriously when you ask, request for something.
6. Are you planning on offering breakfast? You have to plan yourself and what you’re willing to offer for the amount your guests are paying for. This should be examined carefully in the amenities as well.
7. How much money are you looking to make? I mean, do you want a side-hustle with great returns, roommate or a main hustle with many returns. However much you’re looking to make depends with not only your seriousness but your business plan.
8. Have a business plan. You can never go wrong with a business plan, it helps you answer all the questions especially if this is an empire you’re creating or looking to create.
9. Is your market saturated? If yes, how will you be uniquely identified from the competition? Offer what others have ”cancelled” in their amenities section. Be very nosy.
11. When are you available? All the time, like living with the guests. Will they need to check-in themselves because this is a holiday home and aren’t always there but will be there or a cleaning company?
12. Tell nothing but the truth. Never say there’s a TV when you know very well you have none then give flimsy excuses why it’s not there. Always describe in your descriptions so guests have no one to blame for lack of reading.
13. Download the airbnb mobile app. This app makes you stay in touch with your customers all the time, potential customers. You want to maintain your response rate to above 90 percent. People love a host who responds so fast. Makes them make a booking without even looking for other amenities.
14. Price your house very competitively against the rest in your area by lowering your price but still offering the top notch service the others are providing like Wifi, laundry, breakfast. DO this for the first three of five customers then higher up after the superb reviews.

6. I asked for the reviews and educated my guest that reviews are very important in any online business. If you don’t ask, who will give?
7. I always made sure to check-in a few hours after the guests check-in to see whether they had settled in well.
8. I always told my guests, ” Feel at home”, for those
I had time before their check-ins, I prepared for them, hand-made cards or gifts thanking them for being my guest.
