You would be very angry to have slept or even dared your ”metal” on this woman. She is cunning, conniving, heartless animal who deserves death. Don’t you think? She wants to die with others who have nothing to do with her, are no relations of hers because of her immorality. Just like her, you want to strangle her to death.

I have watched an episode on Investigation Discovery about a man who killed a woman because he believed that she infected him with HIV. The problem is, after taking tests, the man was HIV negative. He said that this B knew she had the thing man and she had to go. She has ruined my life, she had to go. ”She killed me, so I killed her”. Larry Dunn. You can catch up the story here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2480457/Man-stabbed-mistress-death-told-HIV.html

Don’t worry, it’s daily mail but a true story. I will add the video after I research it online.

15 years is the punishment in Kenya. Calvin Stark another defendant who was accused of infecting others with HIV got two counts of second degree assault.

Many people have succumbed to ”murder” by their spouses due to HIV. What would happen when and if you realise your partner infected you with this deadly virus? Would you kill them? Do you believe the law is right for calling this a Criminal Transmission with intent to cause bodily harm or endanger lives and should such individuals be persecuted?

Some human rights will defend this saying, ”I had told my sexual partner about my status, but, in the heat of the moment it became all steamy, rosy and sexual – we forgot to ”protect” ourselves. Others will argue both were on the wrong. Some will go ahead claiming, ”discrimination against people with HIV”. I don’t know where your thoughts lie, but, I would say : If they were like this girl above who purposely infected people, then, they should be kept in a jail never to come out as they are a danger to the society. Remember, ”purposefully” in Criminal Law is most blameworthy and purpose here means, ”with conscious objective”. Almost like ”Knowingly”.

Do you believe women like the one above should be culpable for purposefully infecting others with deadly virus? Isn’t this murder? I would love your insights in this topic as it’s a contentious one.

Meanwhile you can keep your mind busy with Joel Samaha’s  Criminal Law book, this is the tenth edition but there is a 12th edition
